The present invention provides a composition for preventing, improving, relieving or treating dermatitis which comprises an adipose stem cell originated exosome as an active ingredient. A composition of the present invention acts on multiple cytokine targets which cause dermatitis, and thus widespread application with respect to dermatitis which is result from various causes is possible and dermatitis can be effectively controlled and relieved. Additionally, a composition of the present invention reduces moisture evaporation of a horny layer and improves skin moisturizing to protect and strengthen a skin barrier. Dermatitis can be prevented, improved, relieved or treated through protecting and strengthening a skin barrier. In detail, a composition of the present invention can control cytokine targets which show different expression aspects according to progression of disease of a mild, moderate or serious case, and thus a composition can be applied to prevent, improve, relieve or treat dermatitis of a mild, moderate or serious case. Moreover, cytokine targets which show different expression aspects according to a dermatitis occurring aspect of an acute or chronic case, and thus a composition can be applied to prevent, improve, relieve or treat dermatitis of an acute or chronic case.
