The present invention provides a composition for the prevention, improvement, alleviation or treatment of dermatitis, comprising an exosome derived from adipose stem cells as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention acts on multiple cytokine targets that cause dermatitis to enable a wide range of applications for dermatitis due to various causes and to effectively inhibit and alleviate dermatitis. In addition, the composition of the present invention can reduce and evaporate the stratum corneum and improve skin moisturization to protect and enhance the skin barrier, and can prevent, improve, alleviate or treat dermatitis through the protection and strengthening of the skin barrier.
