A METHOD OF MAKING HEALTHY WHOLE GRAIN GANGJEONG ADDED WITH FOOD MATERIALS AND NON-FIRED WHOLE GRAINS A HEALTHY WHOLE GRAIN GANGJEONG MAKED BY USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for preparing health whole grain puff including unfried six types of whole grain and domestic food ingredients, and health whole grain puff prepared thereby. The health whole grain puff includes two or more whole grains selected from the group including brown rice, black rice, barley, black beans, Coix lacryma-jobi, and Sorghum bicolor, and is not fried, while further including peanuts, perilla seeds, and rice syrup. According to the present invention, the health whole grain puff can have a crispy texture only with domestic ingredients instead of imported ingredients, be easily digested without being greasy by eliminating a frying process, and include various whole grains to have excellent flavor and rich nutrients. The health whole grain puff has rice syrup using the sugar extracted from grains instead of sugar cane for sweetness, is a natural, healthy, and low-calorie product, and is prevented from being attached to teeth for reducing the inconvenience in consumption. The health whole grain puff can be used as nutritious snacks for modern people and dieters by enabling easy consumption of whole grains which can be hard to consume in normal circumstances.
