The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing TRAIL sensitivity comprising a Romo1 inhibitor. The composition for enhancing TRAIL sensitivity, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer, and an anticancer adjuvant comprise the Romo1 inhibitor which can overcome TRAIL resistance, thereby being able to be used for preventing or treating cancer showing TRAIL resistance.
