The present invention relates to an inspection apparatus for sorting a defect product among ball bearings completing a turning process in a CNC lathe through a rolling process to install a plurality of steel balls therein. According to the present invention, the inspection apparatus comprises: an apparatus body having a transfer unit disposed on one side to receive a ball bearing completing a turning process in a CNC lathe; a rotary plate rotatably installed on the upper part of the apparatus body having at least one pair of insertion grooves symmetrical to each other and recessed with respect to a rotational center to move the ball bearing fed through the transfer unit on the upper part of the apparatus body along a 360° moving path so as to support movement of the ball bearing; a rotational driving unit installed in the apparatus body to rotate the rotary plate; a measuring means disposed in the 360° moving path for the ball bearing on the upper part of the apparatus body to measure an inner diameter, an outer diameter, and a step thickness of the ball bearing; and a control unit controlling the rotational driving unit and determining whether the ball bearing is a good or poor product based on a result measured in the measurement means to separately discharge the ball bearing. Accordingly, the dimensions of each portion of the ball bearing transferred during a process of manufacturing and processing the ball bearing are measured and inspected in a path along which the ball bearing is rotated and moved for the ball bearing to be quickly and simply sorted in a good or poor product, thereby securing the quality of the ball bearing as a complete product.
