The present invention, in a catalyst comprising a Pd-Ni alloy, provides: a catalyst comprising an alloy in which two kinds of elements are mixed, and the elements include palladium (Pd) and nickel (Ni); a catalyst composition; and a method for synthesizing hydrogen peroxide using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide the catalyst having a novel composition that can replace an expensive Pd catalyst and to provide the catalyst having a high activity for a hydrogen peroxide direct synthesis reaction.
