The present invention relates to a hand cart shopping basket capable of maintaining temperature. The hand cart shopping basket comprises: a handle formed in a semicircular shape to be conveniently held by a hand and pull a basket; a rubber band formed in a hollow cylindrical shape to prevent slipping when holding the handle; a shopping basket main body to be mounted on wheels to hold goods; an internal insulator to enclose the interior of the main body to preserve and retain heat; a center wheel formed on a lower end of the main body in a circular shape to move a shopping basket and produce electricity by power thereof; an auxiliary wheel formed in a circular shape smaller than the center wheel to increase a power generation rate of the center wheel; an auxiliary battery formed in a rectangular shape to be used for the purpose of supplying energy to supplement insufficient power by power generation of the wheels; and a temperature maintaining unit including a cooling unit and a heating unit to actively maintain a temperature in accordance with a required temperature. Therefore, the present invention resolves a problem that warm food or cold food is cooled or melted in a process of coming home after shopping to resolve a conventional problem that warm food or cold food is cooled or melted in a process of coming home after shopping.
