The present invention relates to a hydrogen consumption measurement system of a fuel cell electric vehicle, comprising: a weight sensor installed in an electric vehicle with a fuel cell to measure a change in the weight of a hydrogen tank, which supplies hydrogen to the fuel cell, by being installed on the hydrogen tank; a weight-based measuring unit which has a first calculation module which calculates a first estimated value which is the usage of the hydrogen accommodated in the hydrogen tank based on the measurement information provided from the weight sensor; a flow rate sensor installed on a supply pipe, which supplies hydrogen from the hydrogen tank to the fuel cell, to measure the flow rate of the hydrogen supplied to the fuel cell; a flow rate-based measuring unit which has a second calculation module which calculates a second estimated value which is the usage of the hydrogen accommodated in the hydrogen tank based on the measurement information provided from the flow rate sensor; a pressure/temperature sensor which is installed in the hydrogen tank to measure changes in the pressure and temperature inside the hydrogen tank; a temperature/pressure-based measuring unit which has a third calculation module which calculates a third estimation value which is the usage of the hydrogen accommodated in the hydrogen tank based on the measurement information provided from the pressure/temperature sensor; and an actual usage estimation module which calculates the actual usage of the hydrogen accommodated in the hydrogen tank based on the first to third estimated values calculated by the first to third calculation modules to provide the calculated actual usage to the manager. According to the present invention, the hydrogen consumption measurement system of the fuel cell electric vehicle is able to use not only the measurement values of temperature and pressure but also the measurement value of the weight of the hydrogen tank and flow rate value of the hydrogen supplied to the fuel cell to calculate the actual usage of the hydrogen and acquire a more precise value of the hydrogen usage.
