The present invention relates to a method for producing kiwifruit juice beverage including kiwifruit juice, and kiwifruit juice beverage produced thereby and, more specifically, to a kiwifruit juice beverage producing method which includes: a kiwifruit preprocessing step of obtaining kiwifruit flesh by washing kiwifruit and removing the skin of the kiwifruit; a kiwifruit juice producing step of crushing the flesh of the preprocessed kiwifruit and extracting and filtering the juice to produce juice; a kiwifruit juice beverage producing step of adding 25 parts by weight of water based on 75 parts by weight of the kiwifruit juice to the kiwifruit juice, and mixing after adding syrup until the total sugar reaches 20 Brix; and a sterilization step of the same by heating in a water tank at 100°C for 5 minutes after adding 1 part by weight of vitamin C based on 100 parts by weight of the kiwifruit juice beverage. The present invention provides improved preference.
