The single window server weakness checking system of the present invention includes a weakness management server which receives a weakness evaluation language, a weakness list to be checked, and a weakness identification module from a weakness management server so as to perform the weakness check and quantitative evaluation of target servers; prepares for execution; checks the target servers according to the weakness list to be checked; uploads the result file to the weakness management server to analyze the identified weakness according to the type of weakness; and quantitatively evaluates the security weakness importance of each of the target servers based on analyzed weaknesses according to the type of weakness.
