Ubiquitous-based training education portfolio system to provide user with UBT test and SBT test for managing learning activities and method thereof

Disclosed are a ubiquitous-based training education portfolio system for providing a UBT/SBT test and a method thereof. The system provides a healthcare education theory, a practice information record, an instructor assessment, a learning history management for each learner/trainee of UBT/SBT test and grading, a P2P communication using a messenger between an instructor and a learner/trainee, and practice management, performance evaluation scores, and indexes of individual students on a U-portfolio system during a training education through wired/wireless communication using a PC, a smartphone, and a tablet PC, opens training sessions at a healthcare site or a training site, announces a training schedule and training participants, allows the instructor in charge of training to underline a field training record created by the learner/trainee or leave feedback through text, picture, photo, audio recording, and video recording by using the user terminal in accordance with the training schedule, allows field training feedback to be immediately captured and transmitted to a main server, and provides instructor′s immediate feedback (first aid, prescription) transmitted immediately to the user terminal, evaluation of the instructor, UBT/SBT test and grading of the U-portfolio system linked to a learning management system (uLMS) using a sequential probability ratio verification method (SPRT), interactional learning between students and instructors, training history of the learner/trainee, and instructor′s evaluation history and guidance history. The present invention provides a cloud training education management service (U-Portfolio) using artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology using a smart device.
