A system of lightening big data of a modular packing machine using PLC data according to the present invention includes: a data input module designating data received from a packaging machine as input data; a data management module including a data storage part for storing the input data in time series; a data analysis module including an abnormal data setting part for analyzing the stored input data and generating abnormal data; and a driving control module controlling the driving of the packaging machine based on a result of comparing the input data with the abnormal data. It is possible to check and store the abnormal data.
