Provided is a method for converting the responsibility of a customer consultation while carrying out a customer consultation for a customer user terminal, which is performed by a conversation understanding AI system. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a natural language input from a user on the customer user terminal from the customer user terminal; based on the natural language input, acquiring each numerical value representing each of the feeling of preference and dissatisfaction of the user; determining whether each numerical value exceeds a predetermined threshold value; and, when determined that each numerical value exceeds a predetermined threshold value, calling a consultation staff terminal to carry out the customer consultation for the customer user terminal.
