Provided is a method performed by a computer to control a manager display associated with an online chat session for user, wherein a natural language chat between a user and the other party is made through an online chat session. The method of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: receiving a natural language input in a text or voice form from a user in an online chat session; determining a predetermined user intent corresponding to the natural language input; determining whether an alarm for the online chat session is needed to be provided to a manager based on the predetermined user intent; and instructing a manager display to display the alarm if it is determined that the alarm is needed to be provided.
