The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for preparing an ice bar with a non-exposed core, and more particularly, to an apparatus for manufacturing an ice bar made of a shell and a core, wherein the core is not exposed to the outside, and to a method for preparing an ice bar using the apparatus. According to the apparatus and method for preparing the ice bar having the non-exposed core, while ice cream is produced in a simple manner, there is little defective rate and the productivity is remarkably improved, and thus the cores having various shapes can be formed without being exposed to the outside as compared with the prior art, thereby further enhancing the preference of consumers.
