The present invention relates to a new strain of Rhodanobacter glycinis T01E-68, which has an effect of promoting plant growth, inducing plant resistance to abiotic stress such as salts, and inhibiting plant disease, and uses thereof. The treatment of the Rhodanobacter glycinis T01E-68 strain of the present invention to a plant promotes the growth of the plant, increases the plant resistance to various abiotic stress such as soil salts, and provides an excellent inhibitory effect on various kinds of plant diseases, so that the T01E-68 strain can be effectively used as an environmentally friendly microorganism preparation.
