The present invention relates to ship operation evaluation system based on AIS data and marine environment data connected big data, which links ship automatic identification system data (hereinafter, referred to as AIS data), which is information on a condition and a position of the ship with marine environment data, which is a marine condition which can be experienced during actual ship operation to store the data as big data through performing pre-processing and refinement, and is capable of evaluating the operation of the ship based on the stored big data.
