The present invention relates to a rotary sample collection device for investigating a soft ground, and more specifically, relates to the rotary sample collection device for investigating the soft ground capable of collecting a sample positioned along a depth of the ground such as a sand layer, an alluvial layer, a weathering soil, and a soft ground in stages. In addition, the finishing block is bounded to a rotary shaft to prevent an incomplete coupling state which can be generated while the finishing block and a drill head are separated from each other.
