DATA MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR CONSULTING PROJECT RELATION TO REGISTERING ITEMS ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT SERVICE

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for managing data required for a consulting project related to registering procurement items comprises: a step a) of allowing at least one among user terminals used by each of a consultant and a client to request, from a cloud server, the generation of a consulting project related to registering procurement items; a step b) of allowing the cloud server to receive, from the at least one user terminal, user information that the at least one user terminal is used; a step c) of allowing the cloud server to generate each of cloud storage spaces for a consultant and for a client in a database of the cloud server based on the user information; a step d) of allowing the cloud server to automatically generate folders for each item in each of the cloud storage spaces for a consultant and for a client based on dates on which files are uploaded and file names thereof when the files are uploaded in the cloud storage spaces for a consultant from the user terminal used by the consultant, or the files are uploaded in the cloud storage spaces for a client from the user terminal used by the client; a step e) of allowing the cloud server to compare and check folder names of the folders for each item with the file names of the files and classify the files in folders having folder names the same as or similar to the file names; a step f) of allowing the cloud server to check whether files have the same file name in the folders for each item; and a step g) of allowing the cloud server to delete the files having the same file name from the cloud storage spaces for a consultant and for a client. Thus, unnecessary files can be removed.
