METHOD FOR ELIMINATING A THROUGH COMBINED DEFECT OF THE LOWER FACE OF A FIBULAR AUTOGRAFT

FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, maxillofacial surgery, and can be used to eliminate end-to-end combined defects of the lower face area. A skin-musculo-skull fibular autograft in the form of a "boot" is formed, consisting of two non-separated areas of rectangular shape of larger and smaller area. Deepidermisation of the linear portion between the greater horizontal and perpendicular smaller portions of the graft of the transplant is performed. Rectangular area of larger area is used to restore epithelial lining of oral cavity. It is fixed to the oral mucosa along the perimeter of the defect. Perpendicular area of lesser area is used to restore covering tissues of submaxillary region, fixing it to skin along perimeter of defect.EFFECT: method provides eliminating end-to-end combined defects of the lower area of the face that occurred after removal of locally distributed tumors with recovery of the epithelial lining of the oral cavity, covering tissues of the submandibular region and lower jaw due to the technique of formation and fixation of the autograft.1 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex
