Stand for studying the flow of fluid in the pipeline includes a unit for studying the flow in gravity sections of pipelines, a unit for studying the processes of accumulation and removal of water in the pipeline, a unit for researching non-stationary processes in the pipeline, a unit for modeling pumping stations, a unit for researching the processes of mixing during the sequential transfer of liquids with different physicochemical properties, a block of tanks and a unit for the local automation system of the bench, the unit for the study of flow on gravity sections of pipelines includes piping with a measuring line of transparent material, made with the possibility of changing the profile, adjustable pump and pumps for creating additional vacuum, connected to the measuring line, cylinder with inert-gas mixture, compressor unit, shut-off and control valves, piston supply and receiving chambers, vortex flow meter, pressure and temperature sensors; unit for studying the processes of accumulation and removal of water in the pipeline includes a piping with a V-shaped measuring line of transparent material with ascending and descending sections mated by a rigid insert at an angle from 15° up to 90°, a lifting mechanism ensuring the lifting of the V-shaped measuring line from the horizontal surface to from 0° up to 90°, pump for supplying model liquid, made with the possibility of controlling the capacity, dosing pump for water supply, supply tank for water, pressure and temperature sensors, in-line moisture meter, shut-off and control valves, ultrasonic flow meter, mixer; unit for studying non-stationary processes in the pipeline includes a piping with a measuring section containing at least one leak modeling section on which a mass flow meter is installed, pressure sensors and valves and fittings, a receiving-flow tank for a model fluid, a pump, vortex flowmeters installed at the beginning and end of the measuring section; unit for modeling the operation of pumping stations includes four adjustable pumping units, piping, made with the ability to produce both sequential and parallel connection of pumping units, a vortex flow meter, pressure and temperature sensors, shut-off valves; unit for studying the processes of mixing with the sequential transfer of liquids with different physicochemical properties includes a piping with a measuring section containing at least one leakage simulation section, on which the vortex flow meter, pressure and temperature sensors and shut-off and control valves, pump, vortex flow meter, pressure and temperature sensors, density meters, shut-off valves are installed; tank unit includes at least three tanks, hydraulically connected to the unit for studying the flow of fluid in the gravity sections of the pipeline, a unit for modeling the operation of pumping stations and a unit for researching the processes of mixing with the sequential pumping of liquids and performing the functions of receiving and expendable capacities for the said units, as well as pressure sensors, shut-off valves, each of the above units is connected to the unit of the local stand automation system, which is designed with the control function of the test equipment and the function of collecting and processing information from the pressure and temperature sensors of the above units.;EFFECT: increasing the reliability of research by creating a test stand for studying the flow of fluid in a pipeline, which allows to simulate technological operations and phenomena arising during the operation of the main pipeline.;1 cl, 2 dwg
