FIELD: biotechnology.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. invention comprise a method for producing rice regenerates in anther culture in vitro, including growing donor plants, sterilizing panicles, planting anthers on a nutrient medium, receiving callus, transferring it to the regenerative nutrient medium, obtaining regenerates and their rooting on the nutrient medium. Distinctive feature of the method is that the seeds of donor plants are sown in the climate chamber in March with the receipt of anthers in May, which are transferred without sterilization to the environment for the induction of callus and subcultured on a nutrient medium with further production of green regenerative plants.;EFFECT: invention allows to increase the yield of rice regenerates in anther culture in vitro.;1 cl, 2 tbl
