Y -connector (19) for a double lumen endotracheal tube,which is adapted for this purpose,connect both lamps of a double -lumen endotracheal tube (1) to a single ventilation source,where the Y connector (19) has a ventilation source connector (3),which is adapted for this purpose,to be connected to a ventilation source,a first endotracheal bus connector (4),which is adapted for this purpose,to be connected to a first lumen of the double lumen endotracheal tube (1),and a second endotracheal bus connector (5),which is adapted for this purpose,to be connected to a second lumen of the double lumen endotracheal tube,where the Y -connector (19) is a Y -shaped tube connector (20) with a main tube (21),has a first branch (22) and a second branch (23),where the main tube (21) is connected to the ventilation source connector (3),the first branch bus (22) is connected by a first valve (24) with the first endotracheal bus connector (4) and the second branch bus (23) is connected by a second valve (25) with the second endotracheal bus connector (5), the first and the second wind il (24, 25) one first or has a second valve handle (26, 27),which can be rotated between an open valve position (28) and a closed valve position (29),marked by it,the valve handle (26, 27) of each valve (24, 25) is equipped with a flow indicator (30, 31, 32, 33),which is adapted for this purpose,extend in a general flow direction (F) of the current between the valve (24, 25) and the corresponding branch bus (22, 23) of the Y -shaped tube connector (20),if the valve in question (24, 25) is in its open position (28).
