There is provided an extracorporeal circulation management device which enables a user to hygienically and precisely recognize a change in blood inside a blood reserve tank such as a reservoir without locating a sensor in the blood reserve tank. The extracorporeal circulation management device has a processing unit (43) that generates blood reserve change information serving as information on change in a blood amount in a blood reserve unit, based on pressure change information serving as information on change in pressure in a pressure measurement unit (14) which is located in a tube unit (12) for carrying blood from an output of the blood reserve unit (11) and exposed to atmosphere, and which measures the pressure of the blood inside the tube unit.
