PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proteasome inhibitor for treating and/or preventing a disorder associated with accumulation of non-degradable abnormal protein, specifically, a disorder selected from progeria syndrome, striated muscle disorder and neurodegenerative disease.
