To provide a chicken neck meat cutting/stripping mechanism that reduces labor in the cutting/stripping work of a chicken neck meat, and can safely and efficiently perform the cutting/stripping work.SOLUTION: Multiple casings 7 each having a base board 2 with groove lines 2 capable of placing a chicken neck part 1 are arranged in the center direction of a disc-shaped turntable 5, indexed and rotated at a constant speed intermittently in a flat direction, and the chicken neck part 1 is placed on the base board 2 with the rotation stopped. The chicken neck 1 placed on the base board 2 is clamped by a clamp 4 equipped with a pair of pointed blades 4a from both sides, and pressed from above by a pressing plate 6 and corrected straight. A neck meat 1a further swelled up by the clamping of the pair of blades 4a is cut and stripped by using a cutting/stripping part 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
