To more accurately calculate arrival time of a vehicle.SOLUTION: The computer receives operation plan information and a request to calculate a necessary time up to a destination from an operation management service. The computer refers to the operation plan information and determines whether there is loading or unloading work in a route. When there is the work, the computer determines whether a berth reservation system is present at a berth where the work is performed. When the berth reservation system is present, the computer transmits a request to acquire a predicted required time of the berth to acquire the predicted required time. When there is no berth reservation system, the computer acquires a predicted required time which is registered in advance. The computer refers to the operation plan information and calculates a time of a movement from the starting point to the destination via the berth based upon past actual results. Based upon the predicted required time and the time of movement, the computer outputs a required time from the starting point to the destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
