To become able to get to know an electric power consumption quantity in a specified area in a facility.SOLUTION: From a total electric power consumption quantity Wx history measured in a facility including a power source apparatus, an air conditioning apparatus, and a communication apparatus, some quantities Wx are specified in increasing order. For each of the specified quantities Wx, an air conditioning efficiency Ra corresponding to the temperature at the location of the facility in a first period in which the corresponding quantity Wx was measured is specified. The air conditioning efficiency Ra is a value obtained by dividing an electric power consumption quantity Wc of the communication apparatus by an electric power consumption quantity Wa of the air conditioning apparatus. Each of the specified quantities Wx and each of the specified efficiencies Ra are substituted to a relationship of Wc+Wa+(Wx×Rp)=Wx wherein Rp represents the loss ratio of Wx by the power source apparatus, and thus, Wc' which is the electric power consumption quantity of the communication apparatus in a second area excluding the first area in the facility is calculated. The electric power consumption quantity in the first area or second area is calculated on the basis of the quantity Wx in the history corresponding to the second period, Wc', Rp, and an air conditioning efficiency Ra' corresponding to the second period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
