PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make forceps maintaining strength even while being a small diameter by changing a structure of a movable mechanism of a jaw in which the spine percutaneous endoscope forceps having two jaws bending in the same direction independently has a complicated inner structure and a large diameter because the strength is required and the percutaneous endoscope capable of inserting it becomes large in diameter to thereby limit the disease capable of using it.;SOLUTION: In a movable mechanism, a configuration of a link and a jaw joint part is made an inversion structure using two jaws, the structure of the joint part and a support shaft part are continued, respectively, and they are combined skillfully, and thereby only one support shaft is positioned in the center. A manually operated part of the jaw of the receiving side is configured to directly push a button.
