PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic medical care assistance program and an ophthalmic medical care assistance system capable of appropriately assisting the medical care of a patient accompanied by a pre-examination before a medical examination is performed. An ophthalmic examination assistance system assists a patient in ophthalmology. The control unit of the ophthalmic medical care assistance system executes the pre-examination result acquisition step (S20) and the medical care policy determination step (S21). In the pre-examination result acquisition step (S20), the control unit acquires the result of the pre-examination performed on the patient before the examination of the patient by the doctor. In the medical treatment policy determination step (S21), the control unit determines the medical treatment policy to be executed after the preliminary examination, at least based on the result of the preliminary examination.
