PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately manage the use frequency of information used by a user to have a benefit of sales promotion.SOLUTION: A sales promotion management system is configured to: transmit, to a terminal device, sales promotion information for promoting sales in a shop; generate a code indicating at least a shop corresponding to the sales promotion information transmitted to the terminal device; obtain from a POS register and registrate visit certification information including information obtained by reading the code displayed by the terminal device; and request to the terminal device, a display restriction of the code corresponding to the code information, according to obtainment of the code information corresponding to the visit certification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
