PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type vibration damping device and a vibration isolation mount provided with the unit type vibration damping device.SOLUTION: A unit type vibration damping device includes: a storage body which has a storage space on an inner part, is composed of a bottom wall, lateral walls and a cover plate and has an opening part on a cover plate center part; a core member made of hard resin stored on an inner part of the storage body; a vibration damping material arranged on the circumference of the core member, and so as to surround the core member on the inner side of the storage body; a support shaft which is screwed into a screw hole formed on a center part of the core member, penetrates the opening part of the cover plate and is extended to the upper side; and an attachment plate integrated with an upper end part of the support shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
