A task generator element capable of displaying to the given responsible person on his or her screen tasks to which he or she has been assigned and or self-elected to do so. A task update mechanism updates tasks on the screen of the given responsible person in accordance with a sequence of workflow steps. An automatic mechanism for displaying monitoring indexes relative to fluctuations in data. An automatic mechanism for updating reporting and decision making tools via evolving artificial intelligence applied predictive modeling.
