The invention relates to a concrete composition based on high-quality Portland cement and recycled glass wastes and polyethylene terephthalate flakes, in order to reduce the amount of polluting PET wastes, the claimed concrete composition being meant to be used in the field of constructions, for carrying out alveolar blocks, bricks or arch bricks. According to the invention, the concrete composition consists of an amount of 64...70% artificial aggregates which comprises, in its turn, 63...75% a crushed glass class with a grain size of 0...4 mm, 19...23% a crushed glass class with a grain size of 4...8 mm and 8...10% PET flakes, 21...24% Portland cement from the whole quantity, water and a last-generation superplasticizer additive with strong water-reducing power, at a water : cement ratio in the range of 0.40...0.45, the percentage being expressed by weight.
