Glue BSC 2000; BSC 3000 and BSC 5000 production process is realized by technology where all components that are part of the adhesive are added almost simultaneously. The recipe solution avoids the use of metal oxides (Magnesium Oxide and Zinc Oxide), which far shortens the production time of adhesives by 2-3 hours, and avoids the deposition of non-soluble metal oxides, and thus slows the aging time and increased storage time of the finished product. On the same equipment without additional costs of washing and cleaning production equipment and packaging equipment, it is possible to produce a full range of adhesives (because the recipes differ only in the percentage of components and solvent composition, and after pouring and packaging the remaining quantities in production equipment are negligible for impact on the quality of the next type of adhesive). In addition to the advantages related to the production of these adhesives which are the subject of the patent, where it greatly simplifies and speeds up the production process, the prescription formulation gives a product that facilitates field application, humanizes work with these products (respecting the requirements of ECHA (European Chemical Agency)), shortens the time of the operation being performed, increases productivity, and as a result of all the above, the use of this patent leads to higher profitability both in production and multiple in application.
