Provided is an E-commerce logistics scheduling system based on big data. The system comprises an order processing module, a warehouse distribution module and a transportation module. The order processing module is used for managing and processing order information, and the order processing module comprises a cancellation module and an intelligent commodity area determination module; the cancellation module is used for sending trigger information for order cancellation to the intelligent commodity area determination module; and the intelligent commodity area determination module is used for sending distribution and transportation information to the warehouse distribution module and the transportation module according to generated order information, and monitoring a transportation state of commodities in real time. According to the E-commerce logistics scheduling system of the present invention, by means of an intelligent commodity area determination module, when a customer cancels an order, instead of being immediately returned to an original storage warehouse, a commodity waits in situ for an order from a new customer in the area within a specified period of time, thereby reducing logistical costs of repeated transportation.
