An e-commerce platform-based logistics system (10), comprising: an e-commerce platform (100), an order management module (200), a goods management module (300) and a distribution management module (400); said e-commerce platform (100) is connected to said order management module (200), while said goods management module (300) is connected to said order management module (200) and said distribution management module (400), respectively; said order management module (200) comprises a data processing unit (210) and an order generating unit (220); said goods management module (300) comprises a freight information management unit (310), a logistics control unit (320) and a warehouse management unit (330); said distribution management module (400) comprises a logistics execution unit (410), a logistics information feedback unit (420), a logistics distribution unit (430) and a logistics distribution tracking unit (440). The present invention may optimize management and decision-making and make the same more intelligent, while reasonably using limited resources such that maximum benefits are obtained by means of minimal consumption; the present invention may be applied well in various domains such as vehicle loading, transport route optimization, storage optimization and the like, and may reduce economic costs.
