The present invention may optimize management and decision-making and make the same more intelligent, while reasonably using limited resources such that maximum benefits are obtained by means of minimal consumption; the present invention may be applied well in various domains such as vehicle loading, transport route optimization, storage optimization and the like, and may reduce economic costs.
