A whole-life cycle cost estimation method for cascade utilization of power battery, comprising: performing, according to the SOH of a power battery, grading on the power battery on the basis of cascade utilization; constructing a total available battery capacity model corresponding to a plurality of cascade utilization grades; constructing a cost model corresponding to the plurality of cascade utilization grades; and according to the grading of the power battery on the basis of cascade utilization, the total available battery capacity model and the cost model, estimating a change tendency of the whole-life cycle cost of the power battery, and outputting a result.
