This reception history creation assistance device (1) is provided with: a reception utterance main point information storage unit (19) which, according to utterance data indicating utterances, stores reception scene data indicating reception scenes of the utterances, utterance types indicating the types of the utterances, and utterance main point information of the utterances; and an input/output unit (20) which, with respect to each of the reception scenes indicated by the reception scene data stored in the reception utterance main point information storage unit (19), causes a display device to display any one or more of utterances, utterance types, and utterance main point information. On the basis of an operation input to the input/output unit (20), the reception utterance main point information storage unit (19) adds, changes, or deletes any one or more of the reception scene data, the utterance types, and the utterance main point information.
