According to one embodiment of the present application, an electrode substrate for a transparent light-emitting diode display device comprises: a transparent substrate; light-emitting diode pad units provided in a matrix arrangement (M rows X N columns) on the transparent substrate; and a first common electrode wiring unit, a second common electrode wiring unit, and a signal electrode wiring unit, each provided on the transparent substrate and connected to the light-emitting diode pad units, wherein the first common electrode wiring unit, the second common electrode wiring unit, and the signal electrode wiring unit each comprise a metal mesh pattern, and the linear resistance of the first common electrode wiring unit or second common electrode wiring unit connected to the light-emitting diode pad unit forming a single row among the light-emitting diode pad units satisfies mathematical equation 1.
