A human body health assessment method and system based on sleep big data. The method and system obtain biometric data of a human body in long-term, stable and ever-increasing fashion, and cleanly describe the physical conditions of a human and predict the future health thereof using advanced data mining technology. The method comprises: obtaining, by a sensor mounted on a bed, different physiological data of a human body during sleeping and storing same to a cloud server (101); and obtaining a physiological evaluation indicator using an artificial intelligence learning model and generating a health status analysis report of the human body. By obtaining the data of the sensor mounted on the bed, training the data of the artificial intelligence learning model, and allowing the model to automatically learn about features related to the health of the human body, time costs for manual feature selection and construction are reduced, and the purpose of accurate disease prediction is achieved; and by further training a classifier model, a disease type can be directly acquired from a health assessment report.
