An electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor based on luminol double catalyzed by AuNPs and MXenes. AuNPs-MXenes-Aptamer is formed as an ECL signal probe, and a highly sensitive ECL sensing platform is designed to detect exosomes secreted by cervical cancer cells. Sodium alginate polymer molecules can provide a multi-site recognition interface to capture more aptamers so as to increase the capture efficiency of exosomes, thereby helping improve the sensitivity of the biosensor and AuNPs-MXenes can double catalyze ECL emission of luminol.
