The present invention relates to a basin model for a rainfall runoff verification experiment, characterized by being a basin construction model having a structure in which a real land miniature is disposed at one side thereof and a developed land miniature is disposed at the adjacent other side thereof. According to the present invention, a rainfall runoff verification experiment is performed by collecting rainfall flowing out to the lower part of the land model through the dropping of artificial rain onto the basin model for the rainfall runoff verification experiment, so as to easily prepare for and measure a change in the amount of rainfall runoff flowing out for a predetermined time from real land, prior to land development, and developed land, thereby enabling easy establishment of a national land use and development plan, and thus disasters caused by the rainfall runoff of land planned to be developed can be prevented in advance during development planning for using national land.
