The present invention relates to a device for managing requests of residents of a building having multiple residential units on the basis of artificial intelligence, the device comprising: a learnable electronic document processing unit which selects electronic documents for learning used in requests through building resident terminals and responses through a building manager terminal, which are posted on an electronic bulletin board for a building having multiple residential units; a resident type dependent request learning unit which learns about residents' requests by analyzing types of the residents associated with the building resident terminals; a manager response learning unit which learns about the manager's responses through the building manager terminal; a correlation analyzing unit which analyzes the correlation between the residents' requests and the manager's responses on the basis of the electronic documents for learning and generates, according to the types of residents, personalized resident FAQ contents about frequent requests and responses, the frequencies of which are greater than a predetermined threshold; and a content processing unit which provides the corresponding personalized resident FAQ contents on the basis of a type of a particular resident before the resident posts a new request on the electronic bulletin board for the building through a particular building resident terminal.
