The present invention relates to a balloon unit for endoscopic papillary dilation. The balloon unit for endoscopic papillary dilation according to the present invention, which is for dilating the papilla arranged on the path from the duodenum to the biliary tract, comprises: a guide conduit comprising a first conduit part which passes through the entrance of the papilla and is arranged in the biliary tract and a second conduit part which is arranged in the duodenum and located on the side opposite to the first conduit part, with a central part disposed therebetween, the central part being arranged at the entrance side; a sticking prevention balloon which is arranged in a form surrounding the first conduit part of the guide conduit and is dilated by fluid injected via the first conduit part, wherein the dilation gradually occurs towards the biliary tract side from the entrance side of the papilla; and a dilation balloon which is arranged in a form surrounding the central part and the second conduit part of the guide conduit and is dilated by the fluid injected via the first conduit part to thereby expand the entrance of the papilla.
