The present invention relates to a method for screening binding inhibitors of Trk C protein and EWS-FLI1 protein. A screening method of cancer treatment candidates according to the present invention relates to a method for screening substances that reduce Trk C-EWS-FLI1 complex formation in Ewing′s sarcoma cells expressing Trk C protein and EWS-FLI1 protein, by utilizing the fact that, in Ewing′s sarcoma cells, Trk C protein stabilizes the EWS-FLI1 protein through the formation of a Trk C-EWS-FLI1 complex, thereby inducing the development and metastasis of Ewing′s sarcoma. Thus, the present invention can develop an anticancer substance that inhibits the development and metastasis of Ewing′s sarcoma.
