Disclosed is an automated operation control system responding to demands of power saving and peak reduction in a wastewater treatment facility, and a method thereof. The automated operation control system responding to demands of power saving and peak reduction comprises: a power saving control unit having a first control unit; a peak reduction demand response control unit having a second control unit; a loss restoration control unit having a third control unit; and a loss sensor sensing the loss during the peak reduction demand response issue period, and transmitting the same to the third control unit.
