According to the present invention, disclosed is an embedded type water sampling device of a non-point pollution source to be installed and embedded in the bottom of a river so as to accurately check whether or not rainwater containing pollutants contaminates the water quality by sending only pure sample water which does not contain sand or foreign materials when collecting the sample water containing the introduced rainwater and sending the same to a measurement station. The present invention comprises: an embedded barrel; a pump housing; a pump; a venturi barrel; a discharge means; and an inlet body.
