The present invention relates to a psychotherapeutic device capable of measuring a brainwave signal, to provide mental stability and psychological treatment. According to the present invention, the psychotherapeutic device comprises: a body; a band wearing the body on a face; and a shock absorption member coupled to the inner surface of the body. The body comprises: an operation button controlling operation of the device; a voice output means outputting a voice signal; and an LED bar disposed on a position corresponding to user′s eyes. The LED bar has a first LED row disposed at a position corresponding to the user′s left eye and a second LED row disposed at a position corresponding to the user′s right eye. A protection film is disposed on the side surface of the LED bar corresponding to the user′s eyes and includes a diffused reflection prevention film and a window film. Moreover, the psychotherapeutic device comprises: a brainwave measurement sensing means including a pair of brainwave measurement electrodes installed on both eye portions inside the body having the LED bar installed therein to measure a brainwave, which is a kind of a biometric signal, and one earth electrode; and a USB interface connecting a person computer or a smartphone. Accordingly, the psychotherapeutic device is connected to the person computer or the smartphone to be operated in accordance with a measurement request signal of a user′s brainwave by using the person computer or the smartphone so as to transfer the sensed brainwave signal to the person computer or the smartphone.
