The present invention relates to a psychotherapy device capable of measuring brain waves, comprising a body, a band, and a cushioning material. The body includes: a LED bar; a protection film; a brain wave measuring sensing means including one grounding electrode and a pair of brain wave measuring electrodes installed on both eye regions of the inner side of the body having the LED bar installed thereon so as to measure brain waves which are a type of bio-signal; and an USB interface for coupling same to a personal computer or smartphone. The psychotherapy device is connected to a personal computer or smartphone so as to operate, by using the personal computer or smartphone, according to a signal requesting measurement of the user's brain waves. The psychotherapy device transmits the sensed brain wave signal to the personal computer or smartphone, and performs electrocardiogram through an electrocardiogram sensor mounted on the user's ear. The psychotherapy device senses brain waves through the brain wave measuring sensing means, performs a brain stimulation operation, and transmits a brain wave signal to the personal computer or smartphone so that changes in the brain waves before/after use of the psychotherapy device are displayed in a three-dimensional waveform. The brain wave measuring sensing means provides a brain wave measurement signal, an oxygen saturation signal, a pulse rate, and a heart rate signal, which are related to the user, to the personal computer or smartphone, and measures vascular age of a relevant age group, thereby predicting hypertension or diabetic disease.
